YouTube has an audio identification program, so if you upload a video that has audio of a copyrighted video NBC submitted, it will be blocked. Also, YouTube is probably watching me like a hawk, because I uploaded the first Palin/Fey skit and got past the audio matching somehow. It was up for 3 days before YouTube found out.
